In the Classroom

I have more than 20 years of teaching experience, with a focus on helping students build practical skills in negotiation, people management, and addressing workplace challenges. Across undergraduate, MBA, and executive programs, my teaching emphasizes applied learning, interactive exercises, and tools students can use in real organizational settings.

Some of the classes I teach include:

Negotiation Fundamentals: Introduces core principles of negotiation, including value creation, distributive and integrative strategies, and managing difficult conversations.

Advanced Negotiations: Builds on foundational concepts to explore complex negotiation settings, including multi-party negotiations, power dynamics, and cross-cultural challenges.

Team Dynamics & Leadership: Understanding how teams function, managing interpersonal dynamics, and leading effectively across diverse groups.  

Human–AI Teaming: Exploring how individuals collaborate with AI systems, including decision-making, trust, and performance in human–AI teams.
