Initiatives

I build communities around negotiation, conflict management, and organizational behavior—connecting interdisciplinary research, teaching, and practice. At Kellogg, I serve as Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Research Center and Kellogg Teaching Resources. In these roles, I develop research initiatives, convene scholars and practitioners, and expand access to high-quality teaching materials used worldwide.

Field Contributions

I have held leadership roles in the International Association for Conflict Management, including President, Program Chair, and Board Member. Through this work, I focus on advancing the field, supporting emerging scholars, and strengthening global, interdisciplinary collaboration.
